JCoB invites you to a special Shabbat afternoon of songs, stories (and a little bit of food) on Saturday 17 October. Minchah 5:30pm followed by Seudah Shlishit and havdallah (at around 7:00pm). Bring your own song or story to share or just come, listen, and enjoy. Shabbat UK 23-24 October 2015!!! JCoB is holding a full Shabbaton for Shabbat UK, 23-24 October 2015. Friday evening 23 October, there will be a special Oneg Shabbat, jointly with Reading Jewish Society, at Reading University. Candle lighting 17:40 at the Chaplaincy followed by Kaballat Shabbat and dinner. RSVP. As with all JCoB meals, students eat for free! Saturday morning, 24 October we will have a Shabbat Morning Service at 9:30am in our JCoB Marquee. Join us for our last use of our marquee this autumn. Kiddush is sponsored by Mike and Liz Jacobs. As usual, lunch is available for a £5 donation (or free for students).
